31st december ...in the nick of time...

Persuaded Luke to get out in the milder, and mist free, conditions
Did the Harrington run, celebrating 1500 miles as we entered Loddington!
Good, but not quite up to the 5000+ miles TTT's maganged this year (LEJOG again/London to Geneva/ and some killing AUDAX's up up to 180m per day!! respect mate!)
16.5m 1h16m @ 12.9mph 779ft climb

total since garmin 2008-250m 2009 - 2750m 2010 - 1504m
total 331 hours of pedalling Overall average 14.5mph ad a huge 211,391ft climbing!!

  2. Saw you as you were coming out of Harrington!! Congrats on the mileage, only 500 short of me and that's after I did LEJOG!
