Finished LEJOG 3 weeks ago and got my bike back 10 days ago
Was away last weekend & busy on my day off so today my first chance to get out on Belle again.
It was fan-blooming.tastic!
Legs still feel strong & it's nice to cycle without sore bits all over the place.
Went out to Rothwell then along to Lamport Old & even turned R coming back via Pytchley
Came home at good pace feeling terrific in the cool sunshine. Quite a stiff westerly.
23.1m 1h21m at 16.99mph!
